The way in which you smoothed in the additions for the lips is very pleasing and looks great moving from the bottom lip to the middle indent of the top lip. Something you may want to improve on is creating a more defined jawline running into the chin to improve the head’s overall structure.
I think that the overall shape of the face is really strong and like how you blended the ears to the side. One thing I would change is the shape of the jawline (maybe I would dig in deeper on the sides to show more separation). But overall you did a really good job!
