I think this is really excellently done! I especially think you did really well with the palm and making it just as padded as it needs to be, because I know that seemed to be a struggle in general based on our class discussions.
This piece makes me think of a movie scene where an actor falls and begins to outstretch their hand to save themselves. As a fellow hand sculpture, I really appreciate the great detail that you added to your hand ( more specifically, in the natural curves of the palm and the construction of the fingernails).
