The hand as a self contained object is an interesting concept, the fingers and palm need a little more work to be considered finished, they seem flat and un-articulated compared to the back of the hand. I would also try photographing it on its side and from different points of view, you did three views tru for more, surprise us!
I like the pose you chose for this hand, with the second image being my favorite. I think the hand needs to be larger (as it appears small from the images provided). Also, I think you could improve the width of the fingers.
