Your sculpture is really cool! I really like how you were able to create a sense of depth in your structure by carving clean, thick lines that varied in each orientation. They never feel unwelcome in your structure and adds to its sense of flow and cohesion. I’m also a fan of how you were able to create sections of asymmetry in your piece, like in your fourth image where only part of the structure is raised in comparison to the rest of its body. Your sculpture is really cool!
I think this piece is really unique. I enjoy all of the pathways created by the carvings. The first image it almost looks like a heart but in the final image like something you would find in the ocean. I am really impressed with how you removed the clay from its original brick form.
