I love the shape you created with these cigarettes, especially from the top view where it looks like a question mark. I think it makes for interesting commentary by making us question why people still choose to smoke cigarettes when we know how terrible they are for us.
I’m impressed by how many different three-dimensional forms you were able to create from one shape. The featured image and View 6 are really interesting because of how the curved element almost disappears into the cigarettes’ solid vertical lines and borders. I’m also a fan of how the light casts nearly half of your piece in shadow within virtually every orientation; it gives each of the sculpture’s planes/faces another way to differentiate themselves from others, which is especially important because of how alike each individual cigarette appears to one other.
