Requirements:
• Original card size = between 6×6 inches (minimum) & 12×12 inches (maximum)
• Must utilize both occupied & unoccupied space. (Negative spaces should be important.)
• The sculpture must be 3-dimensional (not flat) & free-standing (cannot lean on anything).
Tips & Tricks:
• Use slots or tabs to attach shapes together.
• Cut & fold to create negative (unoccupied) spaces.
• Arrange shapes at different angles to engage and occupy 3D space.
• Attach to a base for stability.
Extra credit: Paint the material or use color to create emphasis. (+2 points)
Don’t rely on a base and turn your sculpture in different orientations. (+3 points)
